টপিকঃ Cox's Bazar & Sundarban dropped out of the nominee list

Cox's Bazar & Sundarban has been dropped out of the nominee list. According to the N7W rule, each nominee must have a supporting committee and they must submit papers supporting their nominee.
CoxÂ’s Bazar and Sundarban in Bangladesh were dropped off the top nominee list for not maintaining any official support committee on the natural sites.
CoxÂ’s Bazar had ranked 4th and Sundarban 5th among the 77 nominees for a couple of weeks after ranking 1st and 2nd among the 158 places primarily nominated in the internet polls of the foundation.
According to the foundation rule, an official support committee should provide support for each nominee being polled. But there were no such committees for the two major natural sites which topped the list.
Tia B Viering, spokesperson of the New 7 Wonders campaign, early this year said they had dropped the sites off the list as the sites had no official support committees to maintain transparency in the poll.
The sites would get back into the list if any official support committees submitted the required documents, she said.
I dont know exactly what I can do, but sure there must be people who can do somethig regarding this.
