Laptop driver Problem

hellow friends,
I have some problem with my laptop.
Model: HP pavilion dv9700

1. quick play key are disabled, i cant use that keys ( above the keyboard) for multimedia, I cant find its installer too.

2. My wireless is fine. But if i turn off my laptop it shows red signal and kill charge continuously. If i turn on wireless it turn green, and if i turn off it turn red, but red never goes untill it finish the charge.

It will be a great help if anyone can give a solution.
